Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. The actress was born Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February 50, 1950. In the 1980s, she became a household name with her roles on several TV shows. The actress was famous for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild started her career on her role on the CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. In her first role as the actress playing Jenna Wade, she made her TV debut on CBS's daytime soap opera Dallas in the year 1978. The following year, she was offered a leading role on the NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), which earned her a Golden Globe Award as Best Actress for a Television Series - for that show. Fairchild was on ABC's short premiertime soap Paper Dolls, and for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild has also performed in theater and played guest roles in TV comedies, such as Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends. She is also a member of the board of SAG-AFTRA.
