Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood is an American actress comedy and host on television popular for her performance as the Talk's co-host for daytime. Born in Arkansas she was raised in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is part of a clan with a number of problems. She was a troubled child. growing up taking care of her sister Frankie who was afflicted by an illness called polio. Growing up, she had an uneasy relationship with her mom. Sheryl asserts that in one incident her mother beat her father over the head because she was getting too close to her. Sheryl entered the military following her college graduation. Her passion for the military was comedy. The only woman that made it to the competition in 1989 Miller Lite Comedy Search. She started her TV career in 1992 after she was a regular actor during the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. In 2000 she appeared as host of the television program Oh Drama! In the past, she has been a host on The Talk since 2011. Also, she's played the role of a fictional character in shows such as Bulworth Nikki, Bulworth and Beauty Shop.
